Julie Wilson is our department's dairy expert. During the fall, she trains students in the fine art of Dairy Food Sensory Evaluation. The students then go on to compete in regional and national competitions. The Regional Contest is sponsored by Kraft Foods with the National Contest sponsored by the Food Processing Suppliers Association, American Dairy Science Association, and the USDA. |
