Every year, the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) hosts an annual meeting that allows students and professionals from the food and beverage industries to interact with one another. Encouraging and enabling as many of our student members as possible to attend the event is one of the club’s primary goals. |

As often as possible, we attempt to bring in guest speakers from various areas of the food and beverage industry to come speak to our club. Last year, we were fortunate enough to have Robert Gallatin from the IFT Marketing and Management Division. Mr. Gallatin addressed the club about the processes of new product development and what determines the success or failure of new products in the open marketplace. |
